Week 4 · Hello, Sikhi · Day 4

Waheguru & Naam Japna

Naam Japna means lovingly remembering Waheguru. It’s the second of the three pillars, and it’s something you can do anywhere — in the car, on a walk, before sleep.

Today's idea

Saying and remembering Waheguru fills the heart with calm and joy.

Pick two or three — there's no wrong way to do a day.
