Week 3 · Hello, Sikhi · Day 3

Langar & sharing — Vand Chhakna

In Langar, everyone sits on the same floor and eats the same food — a king and a kid, side by side. Today we practise Vand Chhakna: sharing what we have.

Today's idea

Sikhs share food with everyone, no matter who they are. Sharing is one of the three big rules.

Pick two or three — there's no wrong way to do a day.
