Week 4 · Living our values · Day 28

Week 4 — values that last a lifetime

Week 4 is complete — and what a week it has been. You have explored six of the most important Sikh values: sewa (selfless service), equality (the same floor for everyone), Kirat Karni (honest work), courage (doing what is right even when it is hard), chardi kala (the spirit that keeps rising), and daya (the compassion that moves us to act). These are not just words — they are a way of living, a Sikh way of being in the world every single day. Take a moment today to think about which value you felt most in your heart this week, and carry it forward.

Today's idea

You have learned sewa, equality, honesty, courage, chardi kala and compassion — six values that make a Sikh, and make the world better.

Pick two or three — there's no wrong way to do a day.
