Week 7 · Brave hearts · Day 49
Week 7 — brave hearts, then and now
This week we walked alongside some of the bravest souls in Sikh history — and what is remarkable is how different their bravery looked. Bhai Kanhaiya’s courage was quiet, carrying water across a battlefield. Mai Bhago’s was fierce, leading an army back to the Guru. The Sahibzade’s was joyful, surrendering everything with a smile. Bhagat Puran Singh’s was patient, showing up every single day for the forgotten. And twenty-two farmers in a small village simply said no — which turned out to be the loudest thing anyone could say. All of them were one thing: unafraid of what it cost to live their faith.
Bhai Kanhaiya, Mai Bhago, the Sahibzade, Bhagat Puran Singh — all different people, all brave in different ways. Their stories are now part of your story.
