Week 6 · Gurbani by meaning · Day 38

Shabad — finding the Creator in gratitude

Today’s Shabad is a simple, profound reminder from Japji Sahib: every single thing we have comes from one Giver — Waheguru. The air we breathe, the food we eat, the people who love us, the colours of the sky — none of it was made by us. Gurbani invites us to pause and feel shukrana, gratitude, for the gifts we so easily forget. When we notice the gifts around us, our heart naturally turns toward the Creator.

Today's idea

Gurbani teaches us that Waheguru is in every gift we receive — the breath in our lungs, the food on our table, the people around us.

Pick two or three — there's no wrong way to do a day.
